RISK OF LOSS
Items purchased from Bomb Confections which are subject to physical delivery are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

This site is provided by Bomb Confections on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bomb Confections makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. PRODUCT QUALITY
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, Bomb Confections will do what is possible to make it right. Please note: Due to nature of being a food item, returns are not an option.

TIMELY SHIPMENT
We guarantee the quality and timely shipment of our products. If your product ships late and arrives after the expected arrival day, Bomb Confections can not be responsible for delivery once your order is given to carrier.

TIMELY DELIVERY
Bomb Confections relies on the US Postal Service (Priority Shipping) for delivery of goods. US Postal Service provides cost-effective residential delivery. However, US Postal Service delivery dates are estimates only. Should you have any issues with your order after Bomb Confections hands off to USPS, please reach out to them directly.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of Bomb Confections being a food item, returns can not be accepted. If you should have any issues please reach out via an email at info@bombconfecitons.com or the "Contact Us" page and we will do what we can to make you happy and come up with a good solution to the problem.

INACCURATE DELIVERY NAME OR ADDRESS
Bomb Confections does not guarantee shipments with inaccurate or incomplete names or delivery addresses. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate and complete name and delivery address.

HEAT DAMAGE
Due to the fact that chocolate can be damaged by heat, Bomb Confections has special rules for hot weather shipping. When weather / heat is above 78 degrees here in Arizona, we will use insulated liners &/or ice packs when shipping and a $4.50 additional charge will be added to our shipping fees. During these times we advise that you follow your tracking information and avoid box(s) being left outside.
